This proposed subdivision is south of Royalwood and Bonavista and north of the Perimeter Highway between the Seine River and Lagimodière Boulevard. The Canadian Pacific Railway will transect the community from north to south. Precinct K South will consist of a significant residential community with a mix of areas of lower and higher density. A mixed-use node is proposed for the centre of the community, along with commercial development along the southern edge. More information can be found here.

The Board of Trustees will designate catchment schools when development plans advance.
