Located at Louis Riel School Division's Monterey Board Office in Winnipeg, the ISP team consists of dedicated staff who strive for quality and effective communication with students (both at the school and in the homestay), homestay families, natural parents, school staff and recruitment partners. The team at LRSDGoGlobal promises to:

• Communicate with and assist students' agents and natural parents before their arrival and during their stay in Canada
• Coordinate homestay matches and placements
• Greet students at the airport
• Purchase medical insurance
• Support course selection according to learning goals
• Facilitate school registration and intake
• Provide orientation session(s)
• Transfer out-of-province credits for students who intend to graduate with a Manitoba high school diploma
• Monitor class attendance
• Provide ongoing communication with students' parents and guardians via partner agents
• Assist students to prepare for post secondary entrance requirements 
• Facilitate validation of student transcripts
