The ultimate aim of Windsor Park Collegiate is to provide a positive learning environment in which students are able to succeed academically, and to develop into responsible citizens who are prepared to contribute to an ever-changing society.  We use the Circle of Courage to support our goals in providing great experiences in our learning environment.  The four quadrants of the Circle of Courage are Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity.
