School Supplies, Lunch Fees and Agenda are past due

A reminder that school fees are past due; outstanding amounts are available on the parent portal/school cash. Payment can be made online using our School Cash software. (https://louisriel.schoolcashonline.com/) Please contact us at the school should you have any questions or concerns. 

Munchalunch

The ÉSG PAC Munchalunch ordering is now available online for Kindergarten, Grade 1 - 5 students. The next Munchalunch date will be Tuesday, January 21st, Domino's Pizza and the cut-off date for ordering will be Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. (https://munchalunch.com/schools/StGermain/)

 The following Munchalunch dates are:

Tuesday, February 11th - Subway

Tuesday, February 25th - Domino's Pizza

Tuesday, April 15th - Domino's Pizza

PAC Free movie night

PAC would like to invite you to a Free Movie Night! Save the date for Thursday, January 30th and mark your calendars to join us in the school gym. The Disney movie Wish has been chosen. More information to come.

Bell change

Effective Monday, January 13th, there will be an adjustment to the lunch hour bell. The bell will ring at 1:05, at which time students will conclude recess and will get ready for the afternoon that resumes at 1:10 PM.

Kindergarten information evening

As we begin to prepare for the 2025-26 school year, École St. Germain is pleased to share information about our Kindergarten Information Evening that will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday, February 13th, 2025. 

 During the information evening, we will be:

  • Sharing information related to what you can expect from our Kindergarten programs (philosophy, overview typical day, etc.).  Please note that Kindergarten is a full day program at École St. Germain. 
  • Providing more information about the French Immersion program from K-12.
  • Sharing more information related to the registration process.
  • Answering questions.

Please note that online registration for kindergarten will be open on Monday, March 3, 2025.
