On October 6, it was formally announced that Assistant Superintendent Marlene Murray would retire on December 31, 2023. Marlene currently serves the J.H. Bruns Family of Schools in her role as Assistant Superintendent. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Marlene for her years of service and support to the J.H. Bruns community and we wish her all the best in her retirement.  

We would also like to share that on November 10, 2023, it was announced that Ron Cadez, the Director of School and Classroom Supports, was appointed as Assistant Superintendent. In this new role, Ron will be the liaise Assistant Superintendent for the J.H. Bruns Family of Schools. We welcome Ron and look forward to working with him.
