Chair of the Board Chris Sigurdson called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. 

Secretary-Treasurer Rudnicki shared an update regarding the Launch of the Board's ThoughtExchange: Share Your Thoughts on the 2025-2026 Budget.  

Secretary-Treasurer Rudnicki shared information from the Swimming Program Report. 

The Chair facilitated a conversation regarding this evening's collaborative meeting with the South Winnipeg MLAs supporting our community.  

Acting Superintendent Anderson and members of the SLT provided updates to capital projects regarding École Sage Creek/Bonavista and Island Lakes Community School. 

Assistant Superintendent Cadez provided a comprehensive report regarding the LRSD assessments in Numeracy and Literacy, including successful Grade 9 Credit Attainment and High School Graduation Rates. 

Acting Superintendent Anderson provided a report regarding attrition and retention in the French Immersion Program.  

Derrick Sheldon, Assistant Director of Staff Services, provided the second quarter report on behalf of the Workplace Safety and Health Committee.  

The Chair adjourned the meeting at 7:14 p.m.
