What's the Plan After High School? Explore CAPS 2024!

Louis Riel School Division students, families, and the community are invited to attend the annual Career and Post-Secondary Symposium (CAPS) on Nov. 14 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Louis Riel Arts and Technology Centre. This event offers a valuable opportunity for students and families to explore careers, interact with industry professionals, and discover a wide range of post-secondary options.   

Attendees can explore over 30 post-secondary options, including universities, colleges, and apprenticeship programs; connect with more than 60 industry professionals from various; learn how to bring small business ideas to life; view live part-time job opportunities and get résumé assistance; discover volunteer opportunities; and practice job interview skills. 

You won’t want to miss the keynote address, “The Art of the Entrepreneur,” featuring Noah Wilson, Scott Angus, and LRSD’s Student Entrepreneur Panel.
